At Fynd Online, we are committed to delivering your horse rugs safely and efficiently across Australia. Please read the following details regarding our shipping process, costs, and delivery times.
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders will be delivered to Australian street addresses, PO boxes, or parcel locker addresses where permitted by the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated based on the number of rugs in your order. The cost for shipping one rug is AUD $18. If you add a second rug, the shipping cost increases by AUD $5 for that additional item. For example, ordering two rugs would cost AUD $23 for shipping, three rugs would cost AUD $28, and so on.
Delivery Times
Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, remote locations, or unforeseen delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Items
Fynd Online takes great care in packaging all items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order, as we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
