Refund policy
At Fynd Online, we want every customer and their horse to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we provide a clear and straightforward return and refund process.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, including tags, covers, or bags. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
To initiate a return, visit our Contact Us page and submit your request, including your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your item safely. It is important to retain proof of postage and tracking information when sending items back to us, as Fynd Online is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or faulty item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Fynd Online does not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. We may request photos of the item to process your return or replacement quickly. Fynd Online will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or faulty products.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused. Always retain your proof of purchase and tracking information when returning items. Fynd Online reserves the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
